People come to Grinda to enjoy a swim, jumping in from the cliffs or taking a dip on the more child-friendly sandy beaches.
You can also participate in the wide range of activities offered by Grinda Wärdshus. Kayaks and boats are available, and there is also a boules ground and a volleyball ground.
The island also has cabins for rent, a campsite, a hostel, a sauna with showers, a kiosk and a small grocery store.
The whole island is now a nature reserve owned by Skärgårdsstiftelsen (The Archipelago Foundation).
